Lybia - The Islamic Verdict by Shaykh Omar Bakri Muhammad

Sincere advice to the Muslims in Lybia on how to change the situation according to the Qur'an & Sunnah (according to the understanding of the Sahabah)

Introduction

After the great News that Allah (SWT) got rid of the Taghout and enemy of Islam and the Muslims Muammar Gaddafi, we give all praise for Almighty Allah (SWT) alone, the Lord of the worlds.

There is no animosity except against the oppressors and occupiers and victory is for the Muttaqeen (the pious). I bear witness that there is no one truly worthy of worship except Allah, the one who sent his Messenger with guidance and the Deen of truth, in order to make the Deen prevail over all others, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His messenger, the slave of Allah, the Prophet of mercy and the prophet of war, to whom Allah granted victory through terrorising his enemy, from one month's distance and who designated his provision under the shade of his spear and decreed humiliation and destruction for the one who disobeys His orders.

After the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan the hidden agenda of the French, UK and American governments and their alliance in Lybia has become clear for all, whether they are near to or far from the region. This agenda is the suppression of Islam and promotion of non-Islamic law i.e. democracy, freedom and Secularism. This is manifested in the speeches of Sarcozy, Cameron and Obama who could not keep their intentions secret.

It is natural to hear that the Kuffaar (i.e. the non-Muslims) are against the believers because the animosity of the Kuffaar towards Muslims is a divine tradition which will always remain, as Allah (SWT) says in the Qur'an:

"...And they will never cease fighting you until they turn you back from your Deen (Islam) if they can..." [EMQ 2: 217]

The divine wisdom of Allah (SWT) necessitates that the believers will be tested by the disbelievers, and the disbelievers will be tested by the believers, in order for those who will obey him and fight for his sake, to prevail. The one who declines and allies with the disbelievers, following their path, will be doomed in hellfire, for Allah (SWT) says:

"If Allah wished, you would be victorious over them, but (he lets you fight) in order to test some of you with others. But those who are killed in the way of Allah, He will never let their deeds be lost." [EMQ 47: 4]

Therefore we must not be surprised that the disbelievers are planning to destroy Islam and Muslims, because that is one of their main tasks, even though it is impossible for them to achieve, because their plot will always be exposed until the day of judgement. As Allah (SWT) says:

"We will test you in order to see who the Mujaahid among you is and who are firm ..." [EMQ 47: 31]

Nobody can argue about the animosity of the disbelievers towards the believers, and their plot against them, except the ignorant i.e. those whose opinion is meaningless. However, what is surprising is to see so-called Muslims going astray having been misled by those who are impressed with the disbelievers and their plots, and surely nobody is impressed by the disbelievers but the ignorant.

Part of the ignorance and apostasy we see is that Muslims ally with the disbelievers and join their forces. They spend time and effort in order to stand with the disbelievers and to harm Muslims in Iraq, in Afghanistan, in Lybia and in Palestine etc...

Those who rule by other than Islam are non-Muslims

Anyone who rules and judges other than by Islamic law i.e. the Shari'ah is an apostate for:

(i)Ruling by other than what Allah (SWT) has revealed as Allah (SWT) says in the Qur'an:

'Whoever rules and judges by other than what Allah (SWT) has revealed is a kaafir'[EMQ 5:44]

and also if they decide to side with the French, UK and US then:

(ii) Siding with the non Muslims who are fighting against Islam and Muslims as Allah (SWT) says in the Qur'an:

'Whoever allies with them (supports non-Muslims against Muslims) is one of them' [EMQ 5:51]

Call for action:

We hereby urge all Muslims in Lybia with any authority or dignity to hand authority to the Ulema of Lybia in order to implement the Khilafah, the only ruling system allowed by the Shari'ah i.e. Islamic Law, just as the Ansar handed authority to the Messenger Muhammad (saw) when he first established the Islamic State in Madina.

It is clear that putting our affairs into the hands of secularists will never bring Islamic law to Lybia rather it will continue the hegemony of Man-made law conveniently cloaked in the guise of such sound-bites as "Islamic Democracy" and "constitutional Reform".

Lybia does not require democracy (i.e. Law by man over man) but a revolution which eradicates all law emanating from any Man-made source, to be replaced by one leader managing the affairs of the people, both Muslim and non-Muslim exclusively in accordance with divine law. It is inconceivable that a government which bases itself on irreligious principles and democracy could ever find itself in a position to declare itself an Islamic state the very antithesis of its illegitimacy as a government dedicated to its own profane existence as a secular state.

Enough is enough, let us be rid of these liars and oppressors once and for all.

Take the following action immediately:

• Cease all embassies and foreign ambassadors immediately whether they belong to Western dictatorial regimes or other countries
• Reject any intervention from foreign government or international bodies such as the UN, OIC, EU, NATO etc...
• Declare any constitution of Lybia null and void and the supremacy of the Shari'ah alone as a khilafah system of government
• Do not aim your weapons at your Muslim brothers and do not target civilians rather aim your weapons at the occupying forces and whoever stands in the way of implementing the rule of Allah.
• Declare the removal of all borders and the invitation to all Muslims to become citizens of the khilafah i.e. the Islamic State. Unite the Muslim land of Tunisa, Algeria, Sudan and Egypt etc... to be the precursor of greater unity under the Khilafah.
• Give authority to those to whom it rightly belongs. Let the Muslims through the general assembly of the U'lama (Juristic Islamic scholars) elect a brave Khalifah to rule by what Allah has revealed and who you know will declare Jihad against the enemies of Allah, his Messenger and the Muslims and who will rule according to the way of the Khulafah Rashidoun.
• Carry the Islamic message to the entire world, we are an Ummah which lives so that we can carry the message unlike other Nations who survive without any mission.

Significant steps in the changes to the law and order of Lybia

The Messenger Muhammad (saw) said: "Whoever sleeps without caring about the affairs of the Muslims is not one of them" and Allah (swt) says:

"Let there rise from among you group(s) calling society to Islam, commanding society to do what Allah orders and to refrain from what he forbids..."[EMQ 3:104]

The highest good being to call to implement the Tawheed of Islam and the highest evil being to associate partners with Allah (SWT) by not implementing Islamic law. The Messenger Muhammad (saw) ordered us to give sincere advice to those in positions of authority and said: "Deen is advice" to which the Sahabah replied: "To whom, O Rasoul Allah?" and He said: "For Allah and his Messenger and for the rulers and the general public"
Islam is the only correct ideology which Allah (swt) has ordered us to rule and to govern our lives with. Allah (swt) says in the Qur'an:

"Rule between them by whatever Allah has revealed and do not follow their desires"[EMQ 5: 49]

Therefore we have decided to take the initiative and to offer you the Islamic constitution which has been studied by intellectual Muslim scholars and experts in Islamic law who have derived its articles from the Qur'an and the Sunnah of The Messenger Muhammad (saw) in order that you may study it, adopt it and implement it and so that you may lead Lybia out from its domination by Kufr into its domination by Islam.
Due to the fact that there is not enough space here for more details we have summarised the Islamic project for you below which we urge you to read. We are willing to meet you and to discuss with you all its details and evidences and to elaborate on how to implement it. The first step you must take is to abolish all the existing constitution and to implement the Islamic constitution which is summarised below.
Here is a summary of the essential action that must be taken at different levels, whether ruling, economic, social, internal or external, including national security:

At the level of the ruling system:

• Abolish the national title of Lybia and declare the establishment of the Khilafah.
• Actively seek to appoint a Khalifah for the Muslims world-wide immediately
• Declare that sovereignty is for the Shari'ah alone and not for the people.
• Establish a Consultation Council for the people whose job it is to consult and to give advice and not to legislate.
• Abolish all governors, ministers and MP's and appoint new assistants, governors and Judges and a new Chief of Staff, all to be under the new Khalifah's direct control.
• Seize the activities of all non Islamic parties.
• Consider any Muslims who come to Lybia to live there as citizens of the Islamic State.
• Abolish secularism, liberalism, Western democracy, socialism and capitalism all to be replaced by Islam alone.

At the level of the Economic system:

• Secure the basic needs of the people in terms of food, clothing and housing and facilitate an opportunity for the people to work in order to satisfy their luxury needs.
• Assure the circulation and distribution of wealth between people and for it not to be held by only some of them.
• Avoid transferring individual property into public property and transferring public property into individual property.
• Abolish all the industries that are based on foreign investment or foreign privileges.
• Establish heavy industry able to manufacture different machines capable of producing machinery themselves.
• Avoid borrowing money from international monetary funds, from international banks or from foreign imperialistic countries and reject their advice, recommendations or proposals.
• Abolish the banking system and all usurious transactions and replace them by the Bait ul Maal which will lend to people free of any interest.
• Declare responsibility for the national debt (excluding any interest) but delay the time to meet and discuss repayment proposals as much as you can.
• Make the basis of currency Gold and Silver which will lead to the destruction of the Dollar and so called 'hard currency', the Dollar will collapse as the basis for currency which will also lead to the eradication of inflation and it will fix the value of currency

At the level of the Foreign Policy:

• Close all foreign embassies on a temporary basis until you establish a relationship with foreign non-Muslim countries based on Islam.
• Reject to be subservient to any country such as America, Britain or France etc...
• Close the embassies of all Muslim countries and reject to recognise the government of any Muslim country.
• Deal directly with Muslims worldwide and support them as citizens in order to overthrow their illegitimate governments and to unite Muslim land within one Islamic State under the leadership of the Khalifah.
• Sever any relationship with any countries occupying any part of Muslim land and take a stance of war with such occupiers.
• Stand against international organisations such as the United Nations and the OIC exposing the policies of the Western imperialistic powers and their organisations.
• Avoid being part of the United Nations or any other imperialistic communities.
• Withdraw membership of Lybia from the United Nations and declare it with all its organs an illegitimate body

At the level of the War policy:

• Cut all relationship with the UN and NATO and abolish the presence of any American, British, French or non-Muslim forces in Lybia.
• Avoiding giving or granting any facilities, whether air, land or sea to America or its allies.
• Establish a heavy artillery industry in Lybia and avoid depending on importing weapons or ammunition from abroad.
• Make the security of the Muslims and Muslim land in the hands of Muslims under Islam and not in the hands of any kufr law or kafirs (non-Muslims).
• Abolish any defence treaties signed with any non-Muslim countries and avoid participating in any agreement of defence or military commitment such as signing the consent of ceasing further nuclear projects etc...

At the level of the Education policy:

• Make the basis of the National curriculum the Islamic belief and its Shari'ah in all schools, colleges and universities in order to form the Islamic personality for every individual.
• Make the main language of the Islamic State the Arabic language, and the Arabic language must be the primary language for all students to enable them to understand the Qur'an and the Sunnah.
• Close all foreign schools and make the National curriculum solely binding upon all private and state schools.
• Make education concentrate on topics which will produce doctors, engineers, scientists, computer experts, nuclear physicists and biologists etc...and avoid wasting time teaching Muslims necessary information such as psychology, theology, art, dance, music, hypothetical philosophies and foreign languages.
• Eradicate any magazines, videos, audio, photographs, books or any other medium which contains material which contradicts with Islam or displays, broadcasts or prints any pornography or Western culture.
• Control the media, newspapers, radio, televisions and satellite dishes so that they become tools to propagate the truth and help educate or culture society on the basis of Islam.
• Close down all free mixing theatres, cinemas and places that propagate kufr ideas or indecent culture or material etc...
• Education must be available and free of charge for every man and woman.

At the level of the Social system:

• Abolish all civil marriages and let the Nikah be the only marriage practice.
• Let all divorces be dealt with in accordance with the Shari'ah law.
• Establish segregated schools for boys and for girls.
• Allow women to work for their living within the bounds of the Shari'ah.
• Impose the Islamic dress upon all women i.e. to cover all their bodies except for their face and hands.
• Implement the system of segregation between foreign men and women and forbid any free mixing.
• Distribute inheritance in accordance with Islamic law.
• Close down all nightclubs, pubs, discos, bars or any intimate venues.
• Prevent businesses from using the femininity of women in any work or in any advert.

At the level of the Judicial system:

• All the judiciary must be based solely on Islam.
• All courts must be called Shari'ah courts thereby abolishing the supreme courts, the military courts and the civil courts and replacing them by the Islamic courts.
• The penal system must be based on Islam and nothing else
• Make sure that the original rule that every person is innocent until proven guilty is observed.
• Abolish the interrogation system based on any form of torture, physical harassment or assault upon any person under any circumstances

These are the main guidelines about the systems of life, which need to be observed and implemented in order to please Allah (swt) and which will guarantee the happiness, the tranquillity and the dignity of man. They will lead to the elevation of man and to the revival of the Muslims and the Islamic State in order for it to carry Islam to the world and to dominate the entire world by Islam so that it forms the Islamic world order where Muslims and non Muslims will live under the eyes of the world wide Islamic State and be citizens regardless of their religion, colour, race and language. Allah (swt) said:

"You are the best Nation ever raised for Mankind because you command good and forbid evil and believe in Allah and the hereafter"[EMQ 3:110].

Indeed we are an Ummah of Jihad and beyond doubt we have been chosen by God to lead the whole world if we hold to his command i.e. His revelation. SMay Allah (SWT) be witness that we called you to fulfil your duty of establishing the Khilafah and to bring an end to all those working as spies, police, soldiers, ministers and politicians for the Taghout.

Oh Allah, be the witness that we have conveyed the message.

And the day of Hunain Urgent message to the revolutionaries of Libya

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

And the day of Hunain
Urgent message to the revolutionaries



Praise is to Allah, the one and only support and victor and peace and blessings, upon the master of the Prophets and the Commander of the bright faced, and on his family and companions as a whole and those who followed them with righteousness until the Day of Judgment

To proceed

This is an urgent message to our revolutionary brothers in Libya those who have removed the dress of idleness and clinging and have adorned the dress of honor and life

O honorable brothers

Allah the Almighty has certain established ways that do not change, and certain laws on earth that are eternal and these ways are renewed with the renewal of circumstances and situations through the passage of time, so it is a must for the believers to know these ways in order to learn how to use them as in the saying of Allah, the Almighty (And if those [Makkans] who disbelieve had fought you, they would have turned their backs [in flight]. Then they would not find a protector or a helper. (22) [This is] the established way of Allah which has occurred before. And never will you find in the way of Allah any change.) (Surah Al Fath 22-23) or work on how to avoid its cause as in the saying of Allah, the Almighty (Allah has already given you victory in many regions and [even] on the day of Hunayn, when your great number pleased you, but it did not avail you at all, and the earth was confining for you with its vastness; then you turned back, fleeing. (Surah At Tawbah 25)) So the believers must necessarily know that the outcome of war is never by numbers and ammunition, instead destiny is in the hands of Allah, and caution does not benefit people if destiny is not with them, for victory is from Allah alone, and the victor is the one whom He grants victory, and failure are those who Allah has failed (If Allah should aid you, no one can overcome you; but if He should forsake you, who is there that can aid you after Him? And upon Allah let the believers rely. (Surah Aal Imran 160))

Indeed in the story of Hunain is a lesson for he who has heart or listens with sound understanding. When the Muslims entered Mecca and demolished the idols around the Kaaba, the Hawazin heard of it and its leader Malik bin Awf an Nasri gathered people and wanted to fight the Muslims, and the Muslims were greater in number and ammunition. It was a decisive battle for this leader and his soldiers who brought even their women and children so that every person would fight defending his family and sons, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) needed ammunition at that time for this dangerous battle and he rented 100 shields from Safwan Ibn Umaiyah who was then an unbeliever

It is related in the Hadith of Anas bin Malik- may Allah be pleased with him- when the people of Mecca and Medina gathered on the day of Hunain, their numbers pleased them, and they said, today by Allah we won’t be defeated for we have united, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) hated what they said, of their being pleased with their numbers (Hakim and classed as Sahih)… the Muslims were 12000 in this battle while the disbelievers were 4000. So some of the Muslims were pleased with their numbers and they said “today we shall not be defeated due to outnumbering” but when the two parties met- and the Muslims relied upon their numbers and weapons- Hawazin ambushed them with an attack like that of a single man, and the people were defeated unmindful of anything, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) moved away towards the right, and started calling the Muslims- Come to me O people, Come to me, I am the Messenger of Allah, I am Muhammad Ibn Abdullah, I am the Messenger it’s not a lie, I am the son of the son of Abdul Mutallib, Ya to the Muhajireen, Ya to the Ansar, and in the beginning of the matter there wasn’t anyone who would respond to him!!!!

The great companions from the Migrants and the Ansar and the people of the house remained with the Prophet, it is said they were 80 men and the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) began to spur his mule towards the disbelievers. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), said to Abbas: O Abbas call out to the people of al-Samura. Abbas (who was a man with a loud voice) called out at the top of the voice: Where are the people of Samura? (Abbas said: ) And by God, when they heard his voice, they came back as cows come back to their calves, and said: We are present, we are present! ‘Abbas said: They began to fight the infidels. Then there was a call to The Ansar. Those (who called out to them) shouted: O ye party of the Ansar! O party of the Ansar! Banu al-Harith b. al-Khazraj were the last to be called. Those (who called out to them) shouted: O Banu Al-Harith b. al-Khazraj! O Banu Harith b. al-Khazraj! And the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) who was riding on his mule looked at their fight with his neck stretched forward and he said: This is the time when the fight is raging hot. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) took (some) pebbles and threw them in the face of the infidels. Then he said, Return, May these faces be deformed, there was no one among the enemy whose eyes were not filled with the dust from this handful. So they turned back fleeing. And Allah the Exalted and Glorious defeated them, and the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) distributed their booty among the Muslims.

This glorious battle, mighty in its detail, and rich in its lessons and rulings, is the same repetition of battles occurring over the passage of history between truth and falsehood, for truth is ever victorious if its people are on the right, and falsehood is always defeated because Allah dislikes it, but if the people of truth falter and become reliant on self and ammunition and farther themselves from absolute trust in Allah the Almighty the round comes upon them until they revise themselves and ascertain how victory comes, and how defeat occurs, and this is why Omar Bin Al Khattab -may Allah be pleased with him- used to teach his commanders this immortal truth which he learned practically in the ghazwah of Hunain and say: You are victorious by your obedience to Allah, and by the disobedience of your enemies of Him, and if you both become similar in disobedience theirs will be the victory over you”

The fight of the people of truth was never reliant on numbers and ammunition, instead it was on pure reliance on Allah, and if the believers forget this great reality and sleep upon it, the awakening from it would be harsh and difficult and costly

O revolutionaries of Libya…

What we hear today on the TV channels from statements, and what we hear of implications: are all from the destructors, and your delay – by Allah- from entering Banul Waleed and Sabha and Sart is for nothing except due to your pride over your numbers and amount of your ammunition, at a time when you are in the greatest of need for remembrance of Allah and asking for His victory

The genius defiant commander Nur ad deen Mahmud Zinki- may Allah have mercy on him- used to move away from his army and throw himself on earth and dust himself upon it and dig his face in the soil, saying- O Allah grant victory to your religion and don’t grant victory to Mahmud, who is Mahmud the dog to be given victory!! His victories were miracles according to military statistics, and he never ever relied on his number or ammunition, because he knew that the victory granter in the previous battle can also cause his defeat in the coming battle if he relied upon himself or his army

It is the eternal battle of Hunain, that Allah the Almighty narrated to us to show us His verses and ways

Truly Allah has given you victory on many battle fields, and on the Day of Hunain (battle) when you rejoiced at your great number, but it availed you naught and the earth, vast as it is, was straitened for you, then you turned back in flight.(Taubah:25)

So O gathering of revolutionaries, you were granted victory on several occasions (in Benghazi and Tabraq and Tarablus and others) but you stopped at Sart and Banul Waleed as your numbers and your ammunition pleased you, and by Allah it shall not help you in anything, and the earth will become constrained upon you with all its width, if you do not look into your matter, and stand during your night, and humble yourself before your Lord, and dust your face, and knock the doors of the skies with the arrows of Dua- following your Messenger who said in the gazwah of Hunain ‘O Allah fulfill for me what you promised me’ and Allah fulfilled His promise to him, and confirmed His slave and defeated the allies all alone

Verily the Companions of the Messenger of Allah, (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the best of companions for the best of Prophets, and the best of the Ummah from the people, yet they were not victorious until they answered the call of the Prophet of Allah, (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and they left all their contact with this world

Then Allah did send down His Sakinah (calmness, tranquility and reassurance) on the Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), and on the believers, and sent down forces (angels) which you saw not, and punished the disbelievers. Such is the recompense of disbelievers.(Taubah:26) Sa’dee said- may Allah have mercy on him- “ and the Sakeenah: is what Allah instills in the hearts at times of worries and quakes and troubles, that which strengthens it and cools it and makes it tranquil, and they are from the greatest of bounties of Allah on His slaves {and sent down forces (angels) which you saw not} and they are the Angels which Allah sent down as a support to the Muslims on the day of Hunain which made them firm and gave them glad tidings of victory {and punished the disbelievers.} With defeat and death and capture of the Muslims of their women and children and their wealth {Such is the recompense of disbelievers.} Allah punishes them in this world, and then returns them in the last day to severest of punishment”

These moments are decisive in the history of your fight with the tyrant Gaddafi which cannot be weighted by your numbers or your ammunition, and you are not dearer to Allah than the companions of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), so fear Allah in your hearts for they overturn more than what you expect.

The front line commanders should order their soldiers to be cautious and careful from transgressions and sins more than their caution against the missiles of Gaddafi and his grenades, and they should be more careful of committing mistakes than their caution from the shots of the snipers and mercenaries, and they should incite their soldiers on remembrance and Dua and humbleness before Allah the Almighty, and to remind them about the reality of victory and its source and the reality of the battle they are fighting, and they should teach their soldiers that there is no victory without reliance on Allah in the right manner

The believers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned, feel a fear in their hearts and when His Verses (this Qur'an) are recited unto them, they (i.e. the Verses) increase their Faith; and they put their trust in their Lord (Alone);(Anfaal:2) The one who reflects on this great verse finds that it joins between the sources of victory and establishment, so let the Mujahedeen inscribe it on their hearts, and dig it in their minds and bite upon it with their teeth and live it in their reality.

Remember Allah greatly and recite the Quran and repent and seek Allah’s forgiveness, and be regretful and humble between the hands of Allah, and water your land with your tears before your blood, and be sure that the victory of Allah is not delayed except due to some sin or error for you released the cities and villages and you were fewer in numbers than you are today, and no one can guarantee you that the rounds may not turn over you and Gaddafi becomes the victor in this war, if you do not return to your Lord, for how many are the tyrants who won against their nations except due to their sins and errors, and with Allah is the matter beforehand and after and to Him is the return, so be reliant upon Him and return to Him, and repent to Him all together O believers so that you may be successful.

O Allah, grant victory to the Mujahedeen in Libya over their enemy… Don’t make them reliant on their sayings and doings, and be merciful upon them and be for them and not against them… O Allah, make them from the believers who remember You and fear You and rely on You truly, and make them, O Allah, from the repenting worshippers who fear and obey You… O Allah, make them from those who are the victors before You, those who are deserving of Your victory.. O Allah, reveal upon them your victory, O Lord of the worlds… O Allah, reveal upon them your victory and make them steadfast and shake the earth from below the feet of their enemies, O Victory granter O Helper!

NATO deliberately bombed rebels, since 70% of them are Mujahideen

According to the American website Counter Punch, "the pro-secularist military commander of the Libyan opposition Gen. Abdelfattah Younis was gunned down in the late by his own troops from among of rebels, who advocate the establishment of Sharia in Libya.

As it turns out, Gen. Younis was killed in retaliation for allegedly conspiring with NATO to attack the Mujahideen.

Speaking on condition of anonymity, a senior Libyan official recently appointed as the NTC representative in a major European country asserted that Younis used to give NATO the coordinates of the positions for aerial bombardment of members of his own troops that he considered "too Islamic."

Thus, in many instances wheb NATO announced that the bombings on the rebel groups were mistakes due to technical errors, in fact it was deliberate attack against the Mujahideen.
In addition, a senior Libyan official said that 70% of Libyan rebels fighting in ground operations against the forces of al-Gaddafi are the "Islamists" who are dead set against intervention of NATO and the Western forces".

Después de ver las reacciones de los islamistas, me pregunto si la OTAN no se ha dado cuenta de ¿quién ha salido beneficiado..?. Los mujahidinees ha cantado victoria, aunque los medios de occidente no emitan sus vídeos.

Sheikh Hamed Al-Ali hace un llamamiento a todos los musulmanes y jihadistas para construir una nueva Libia sin Gadafi

Al-Ali ha dejado claro que después de la Revolución Libia y la eliminación del régimen de Gadafi, se emprenderá la jihad hasta la total expulsión de cualquier forma de ocupación o injerencia de las fuerzas extranjeras.

Hace un llamamiento a todos los musulmanes y jihadistas, que fueron la punta de lanza y brazo armado de la revolución que derrocaron a Gadafi y les insta a construir una nueva Libia.

فضيلة الشيخ ما هي اوليات الثورة الليبية في المرحلة القادمة بعد سقوط القذافي ؟!

جواب الشيخ: الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على نبيّنا محمّد ، وعلى آله ، وصحبه ، وبعد : فنحمد الله أولاً أن نصر الثورة الليبية المباركة ، وكلَّل جهادها بالظفـر ، وأرانا آياته في الطاغية الخبيث عدوّ الله القذافي ، كما فعل سبحانه فيمن سلفه من الطغاة ، ومن سيأتي بعده بإذن الله تعالى . ( وَنُرِيدُ أَنْ نَمُنَّ عَلَى الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا فِي الأرْضِ وَنَجْعَلَهُمْ أَئِمَّةً وَنَجْعَلَهُمُ الْوَارِثِينَ ) أما أوليـّات المرحلة القادمـة ، فأهمّ المهمات ، بناء لييبا جديـدة ، مستقلة تماما وخالية من أيّ قواعد أجنبية ، أو نفوذ أجنبي عليها ، وتحرير إرادتها السياسية من أي قيود خارجية . ولاريب أنَّ الشعب الليبي يعـلم أنّ مساعدة الناتو لـه على التخلص من القذافي ، لم يكن سوى غسل العار الذي لطـَّخ السياسية الغربية تجاه جميع أنظمة الإستبداد التي حكمت البلاد العربية عامة ، والنظام الليبي خاصـة ، إضافة إلى أنّ ردّ الجميل لقيامهم بمساعدة الشعب الليبي _ تلك المساعدة التي استدعاهـا تقاطع المصالح في مرحلة حرجـة فحسب _ لايعطي الناتـو أي حقّ في التدخـل لتقرير الليبيين لمصيرهم ، وسيادة بلادهم ، وإستقلالها التام ، ووحدة وسلامة وطنهـم من أيّ وجود عسكري ، أو نفوذ أجنبي عليها ، أو إرتباطات سياسية ، أو عسكرية ، تكون على حساب مصلحة الشعب الليبي ، أوإنتمائه لأمّته . والمسؤولية الجسيمة في هذه الناحيـة الأخطر ، والأهـم في هذه المرحلة ، إنما تقع على قادة الثورة ، لاسيما القيادات الإسلامية ، فالله تعالى سيسألهم عن قيادتهم لهذه المرحلة الحرجة من تاريخ ليبيا ، ثم إنَّ شعوبهم ستحاسبهم على أيّ تنازلات للغـرب على حساب ليبيا الإسلام ، والعروبة ، وسيكتب التاريـخ نزاهتـهم التي ترفعهم ، أو خيانتهـم التي ستلطخهم فلا يغسلها بعد ذلك شيء. ( قَالَ عَسَى رَبُّكُمْ أَنْ يُهْلِكَ عَدُوَّكُمْ وَيَسْتَخْلِفَكُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ فَيَنْظُرَ كَيْفَ تَعْمَلُونَ ) وعلى الشعب الليبي أنَّ يعلن الجهاد ضـدّ أيّ وجود عسكري أجنبي على أرض ليبيا ، أو أيّ نظام خائـن يسمح بتحويل ليبيا إلى مرتـع لنفوذ خارجي ، كما أعلن الجهاد على الطاغيـة ، وإلاّ لم يكـن للثورة معنى ، ولا للجهاد مغـزى ، وستكون دماء الشهـداء قد ضاعـت سدى ، وتضحيات الشعب الليبي قد ذهـبت بلا فائـدة ! وإنما نقول هذا للثورة الليبيّة خاصّة لأنَّ الثورتين التونسيـة ، و المصرية ، قـد استقلتا تماما في إحداث التغييـر ، وخلتا من شبهة التدخل الغربي ، بينما اضطرت إليه الثورة الليبية إضطرار المكره ، مع تأكيدنا على أنّ شريعة الإسلام ، لاتتعارض مع تقاطع المصالح ، ولاتبادلها فيما يعود نفعه على أهل الإسلام . ثـمَّ أمام الشعب الليبي مرحلة دقيقة يجب أن تتوافـر فيها جهود جميع الليبيين ، بتسامح ، وتعاون ، وتسامي على الجراح ، وطيّ صفحة عداوات النظام السابق ، وذلك لتكوين نظام سياسي يجمع بين الإنتماء الإسلامي ، والدولة المدنية الحديثة تحت ظلال ، وهداية تعاليم الشريعة الإسلامية ، وإعادة ليبيا لتسهم إسهاما بناء في قضايا أمّتها ، وتنصـر شعوبها ، وتمـدّ لها يد العون ، لاسيما في إستكمال مسيـرة ثورات الربيع العربي التي تنشـد الحرية ، والعدالة ، وحقوق الشعوب ، وإستقلال إرادة الأمة ، وإرجاع عزها . ونوجـِّه نداء للتيار الجهادي الإسلامي الذي كان رأس الحربة في قيادة الجناح المسلح للثورة ، وفي إسقـاط عرش الطاغية في طرابلس ، أن يضعوا أيديهم في يد جميع الليبيين لبناء ليبيا الجديدة كما وصفناها في هذا الجواب ، وأن يعـوُا خطورة الظـروف التي تمـرّ بها ليبـيا ، وضرورة تقديم الأهمّ فالأهـمّ ، وأنّ مصلحة الشعب الليبي تقتضي إعتبار سنة الله تعالى في المراحـل ، إلى الوصول لأهداف الإسلام العظمـى ، التي ينشدها كلّ المخلصين بإذن الله تعالى . والله أعلـم وصلَّى الله على نبيّنا محمّد ، وعلى آله وصحبه ، وسلّم تسليماً كثيراً .

Los jihadistas de Al-Qaeda son ahora los "Combatientes de la libertad de Libia" Financiarlos a nivel global ¿Es legal?

Los acontecimientos de Libia han dado un cambio a la legalidad internacional (la traída, llevada y manoseada legalidad y justicia a la carta).
El cambio de nombre, de siglas....es suficiente para cambiar la situación de jihadista-terrorista a combatiente.
Un regreso al pasado afgano...
Cuando baje "la marea.." volveremos a encontrarnos en la misma situación de la era "pos financiación taliban contra los soviéticos".

Me estoy cansando de tanta tomadura de pelo, por esta gente, que un día sí y otro también tratan, sin conseguir, que comulguemos con ruedas de molino. No, esta vez no.

Visto lo visto, los cargos de responsabilidad, políticos, militares, económicos y grupos de poder, deben seer cesados de cualquier cargo de responsabilidad en el momento que demuestren públicamente lo que actualmente hacen, esto es, LA CONTRADICCIÓN COMO ARTE SUPREMO.

¿A que se puede deber esto…? Pues solo se me ocurren dos cosas (y ninguna de las dos buenas)

Uno: La carencia de intelecto o desorden mental

Dos: A una desvergüenza y cinismo, que a mi modo pensar debía ser un delito. (De hecho, la contracción jurídicamente arruina cualquier planteamiento de DEFENSA.

La coherencia brilla por su ausencia….Y se hace norma, así tenemos lo que tenemos, nos va como nos va y nos pasa lo que nos pasaaaaaa…Améeen

Quiero aclarar, que ESTOY EN CONTRA DE TODOS LOS REGÍMENES Y REINOS SATRAPAS DEL MUNDO ÁRABE, MAGREB Y RESTO DE PAÍSES, incluyendo, lógicamente a Gadafi antiguo amigo, socio y aliado del fascismo europeo. Lo mismo servia para un roto que, un descosido...

Es de tontos NO pensar, deducir, discernir que desde ya... toda la financiación de grupos jihadistas pasaran a llamarse "Combatientes de la Libertad Libia", que sí podrán recaudar TODOS LOS FONDOS QUE QUIERAN con la PANTALLA LEGAL del FFL.
Se terminaron las detenciones por financiar a....Irak, Libia, Afganistán, Somalia y un largo etc. Ahora SOLAMENTE SE FINANCIARÁ A LOS COMBATIENTES DE LA LIBERTAD...de allí se trasferiran los fondo a cualquier país del mundo "para que puedan PAGARSE el viaje ¿Le parece bien a la justicia a la carta...?"

La Ley, tiene lagunas para que pueda beneficiar a los CORRUPTOS BANQUEROS, empresarios, políticos, mafias, traficante de todo..., esa misma laguna puede ser utilizado para otros fines, solo hay "que manejar y ajustar muy bien la justicia a la carta".

También tenemos a otro importante líder libio Sheikh Jamal Ibrahim Ashtawi Al Masrati, Sheikh Atiyyatullah que mostró su apoyo emitiendo su mensaje a "Los Combatientes por la Libertad en Libia" "Tribute to Our people in Libya":

Otro líder del Magreb, Abu Musab Abd al-Wadud también apoyo a los descendientes de Omar Mukhtar.¡¡Claro, lo mismo no conoce de donde era Omar Mukhtar!!, que pudiera ser.

En este video podemos oír (los que no saben árabe NO pueden opinar)como utilizan las mismas frases de otros videos catalogados COMO DE AL-QAEDA.

Uno de los líderes de los insurgentes al dictador libio, Abu Sufian bin Qumu, pasó cinco años encerrado en la base militar.- El Gobierno de Gadafi le llegó a pasar informes sobre él a EE UU, en el que le calificaba de "un hombre peligroso carente de escrúpulos para cometer actos terroristas"
El libio Abu Sufian bin Qumu fue arrestado a finales de 2001, tres meses después del 11-S, por la policía paquistaní en un hotel de Peshawar y entregado de inmediato a los militares estadounidenses por si les interesaba para interrogarlo. Fue trasladado a Guantánamo porque había trabajado durante unos meses para la ONG Al-Wafa y EE UU sospechaba de los posibles vínculos de la organización con Al Qaeda, según consta en las fichas secretas del Departamento de Defensa cedidas a EL PAÍS por WikiLeaks. Pasó más de cinco años encerrado. Ahora combate a Gadafi como uno de los líderes de las filas rebeldes, entrenando soldados en Derna (Libia) para ganar una guerra en la que va de la mano de sus antiguos captores.


El informe del Departamento de Defensa es un memorando clasificado con el más alto nivel de confidencialidad (SECRET-NOFORN), que implica que no puede acceder a él ninguna autoridad que no sea estadounidense, y está fechado el 22 de abril de 2005. El preso llevaba para entonces casi tres años en el penal y era calificado como de riesgo "medio-alto". Se dice que es "probable" que suponga una amenaza para EE UU, sus intereses o aliados y que tiene un "alto valor para la inteligencia". Lo definen como "agresivo" y "poco colaborador" y afirman que tiene un "desorden de personalidad no especificado".

La información sobre Qumu aportada por el Ejecutivo libio a EE UU entre 2002 y 2005 fue definitiva para mantenerlo en el penal. El Gobierno de Gadafi lo consideraba "un hombre peligroso carente de escrúpulos para cometer actos terroristas" y "uno de los comandantes radicales" de un grupo de muyaidines que permanecieron en Afganistán y Pakistán después de la yihad contra los soviéticos, según la ficha secreta. Los analistas de inteligencia de la base militar deducen, basándose en esta información, que Qumu estaba relacionado, "al menos indirectamente", con los talibanes, Al Qaeda y otros grupos islamistas desde mediados a finales de los 90.

El mando militar de Guantánamo recomienda que sea trasladado a otro país, pero solo si el Estado de acogida se compromete a dejarlo bajo detención, a continuar interrogándolo y a permitir que oficiales estadounidenses lo hagan también. En un momento en el que los presos de la base se contaban ya por centenares, encargar a otros países que se hicieran cargo de algunos detenidos a cambio de seguir recibiendo información se convirtió en una opción muy utilizada. De las 759 fichas secretas, en 163 (un 21% del total) aparece la recomendación "transferir para que siga detenido", según el análisis de los documentos realizado por EL PAÍS. Qumu fue trasladado a Libia el 28 de septiembre de 2007, encarcelado y puesto en libertad un año después.

Qumu, según el relato de los militares estadounidenses, trabajó como conductor de tanques para el Ejército libio en los 80, pero tuvo después problemas con la justicia, que lo condenó a 10 años de cárcel por asesinato, agresión y tráfico de drogas. En 1993 huyó de la prisión en la que estaba recluido rumbo a Egipto, desde donde, siempre según la versión del Departamento de Defensa, habría viajado a Afganistán y entrenado en el campo de Torkham, dirigido por Osama bin Laden. De allí viajó a Sudán, donde trabajó como conductor de camiones para una compañía del líder de Al Qaeda. Esta información, según la ficha secreta, se habría obtenido del propio detenido. Pero EE UU disponía además de la información proporcionada por su entonces aliado, el Gobierno de Gadafi, que aseguraba que Qumu se había unido al grupo armado islámico libio en Sudán y que salió de allí en 1997 tras la presión de las autoridades libias al país vecino.

Con una ONG, posible tapadera de Al Qaeda

De Sudán pasó a Pakistán y se unió a los talibanes, según el mando militar norteamericano, comunicó con algunos "probables elementos radicales en Afganistán y se trasladó a Kabul. En esta ciudad fue donde trabajó para la ONG Al Wafa, acusada por EE UU de servir de tapadera para financiar a los terroristas de Al Qaeda.

Los mandos militares de Guantánamo sospechan que Qumu podría haber llegado incluso a estar a sueldo de Bin Laden. Aseguran que un alias del preso apareció en una lista de "probable" personal de Al Qaeda que recibía una retribución mensual, y que este mismo alias se halló en el ordenador de Mustafá Al Hawsawi, uno de los financiadores del 11-S, como uno de los miembros de la organización terrorista que recibía "apoyo \[económico\] familiar".

Los complicados nombres en árabe de los detenidos en Guantánamo, sin embargo, convierten en un serio problema este tipo de pruebas. En algunas de las fichas secretas del Departamento de Defensa se aprecia cómo los propios militares acaban desechando información basada solo en este débil indicio después de mantener a un preso encerrado durante años.

Gadafi ha insistido desde el comienzo de la revuelta en la relación entre los rebeldes y Al Qaeda, relación que hasta el momento no ha sido probada y que, en todo caso, según el Gobierno norteamericano, se limitaría a pocos elementos dentro de los miles de sublevados contra el dictador. Para el Ejecutivo libio Qumu sería uno de esos vínculos. Sus compañeros de filas lo niegan. Abdul-Hakim al-Hasadi, supuestamente al cargo de la brigada de Derna ?uno de los feudos rebeldes? incluso declaró al diario The New York Times que Qumu en realidad no se ha unido a su grupo, en el que sí estarían luchando dos de sus hijos. Insistió también en que su único propósito es derrocar a Gadafi.

Para los que dudan de la presencia de Al-Qaeda en Libia:

En el foro http://www.shamikh1.net/vb/showpost.php?p=1058370318 Abu Zubair al-Libi ha emitido un comunicado, como corresponsal o portavoz en la red jihadista, de los Mujahideen en Libia. Esto significa que sí, hay una jihad y su correspondiente rama libia de al-qaeda. He dejado el link shamikh para los incrédulos.

Abu Zubair al-Libi dice que se encuentran bien todos los mujahidines, que la ausencia de noticias ha sido debida al APAGON DE INTERNET y NO han podido comunicarse para emitir sus correspondientes "partes de guerra, comunicados , videos, etc".

También dice abu Abu Zubair al-Libi que "Se complace en informar a los hermanos mujahidines, que Abu Khaithamah está luchando en el frente de la batalla, así que no lo olviden en sus oraciones....Expresar mi salams a todos los hermanos. Y yo os digo: Esperen la Buena Nueva!".

No olviden que la OTAN está ayudando en la batalla a los rebeldes...esos que pintan los coches del mismo color de la Pantera Rosa para que no los confundan...color muy apropiado para éste SAINETE.

Pues ésto es lo que hay....Srs de la OTAN. Al final voy a tener que creerme "las teorías conspiranoicas..."

Libyan rebel commander admits his fighters have al-Qaeda links

In an interview with the Italian newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore, Mr al-Hasidi admitted that he had recruited "around 25" men from the Derna area in eastern Libya to fight against coalition troops in Iraq. Some of them, he said, are "today are on the front lines in Adjabiya".

Mr al-Hasidi insisted his fighters "are patriots and good Muslims, not terrorists," but added that the "members of al-Qaeda are also good Muslims and are fighting against the invader".

His revelations came even as Idriss Deby Itno, Chad's president, said al-Qaeda had managed to pillage military arsenals in the Libyan rebel zone and acquired arms, "including surface-to-air missiles, which were then smuggled into their sanctuaries".

Mr al-Hasidi admitted he had earlier fought against "the foreign invasion" in Afghanistan, before being "captured in 2002 in Peshwar, in Pakistan". He was later handed over to the US, and then held in Libya before being released in 2008.

US and British government sources said Mr al-Hasidi was a member of the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group, or LIFG, which killed dozens of Libyan troops in guerrilla attacks around Derna and Benghazi in 1995 and 1996.

Even though the LIFG is not part of the al-Qaeda organisation, the United States military's West Point academy has said the two share an "increasingly co-operative relationship". In 2007, documents captured by allied forces from the town of Sinjar, showed LIFG emmbers made up the second-largest cohort of foreign fighters in Iraq, after Saudi Arabia.

Earlier this month, al-Qaeda issued a call for supporters to back the Libyan rebellion, which it said would lead to the imposition of "the stage of Islam" in the country.

British Islamists have also backed the rebellion, with the former head of the banned al-Muhajiroun proclaiming that the call for "Islam, the Shariah and jihad from Libya" had "shaken the enemies of Islam and the Muslims more than the tsunami that Allah sent against their friends, the Japanese".
