Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Khust liberated Musa Khel District Headquarter

Khust, May 27. Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Khust province, launched a comprehensive assault against the district headquarter of Musa Khel, located to the northeast of the Khust provincial center . Mujahieen attacked the district center from four sides, using heavy and light weapons.


The report adds, the attack continued for one hour during which Mujahideen destroyed two ranger pick-ups and two bulldozers. As a result, the enemy evacuated the district center, leaving 15 sets of light and heavy weapons including several boxes of ammunitions. Five police are reported killed. According to the report, dead bodies of two police men are still in the site of the fighting. The report further says, Mujahideen are in full control of all areas of the district.
