Al Jazeera gains exclusive access to the Taliban in Baghlan. Taliban hinders Afghan election campaign

In an exclusive report, Al Jazeera's Qais Azimy gains access to a group of Taliban fighters that is fiercely opposed to next week's parliamentary poll. The fighters say they will cut off the fingers of anyone who votes in it. It is a threat ordinary Afghans are taking seriously.
