The US and the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan presumably held direct talks in Germany on the issue of resolving the situation in Afghanistan, lies The Washington Post quoting an unnamed official of the criminal Karzai's puppet government.
According to the newspaper, Obama will allegedly report on the progress in the negotiation results in July when he announces an upcoming withdrawal of US invader troops from Afghanistan.
A IEA spokesman close to Mullah Omar and an official from the US government are claimed to have met at least three times in Germany and Qatar. The last meeting was claimed held in early May.
The talks were reportedly organized by non-governmental organizations and the governments of Arab and European states. In this case, the IEA government, as the newspaper claims, "confirmed their interest in direct negotiations with the United States".
The State Department spokesman Michael A. Hammer declined to confirm or refute the reports on the talks, but vaguely noted that the US had a "broad range of contacts across Afghanistan and the region".
German authorities on whose territory the alleged negotiations are being held, also declined to comment on the publication in Washington Post.
Meanwhile, the government of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan rejected the new CIA lies.
"These repeated lies testify to America's failure in Afghanistan", said the official representative of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Zabihullah Mujahid, reported the news agency The Voice of Jihad in its microblog in Twitter (@alemarahweb).
It is to be recalled that it is not the first report about negotiations supposedly being conducted between the IEA and the US governments (or Karzai puppets, or NATO). The official representatives of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan refute such reports every time.
The IEA government regularly stress that there could be no negotiations as long as at least one foreign soldier remains in Afghanistan.
