KAPISA, July 13 – On Tuesday, at around 11:00 am local time, Murad Ali, a brave Mujahid of Islamic Emirate, resident of Nangarhar province carried out a martyrdom attack on the top-level French invaders holding a meeting at a house of militia commander, Shireen Agha in Tagab district, Kapisa province, killing as many as 18 top-level French invaders and wounding 9 more, Mujahideen officials reported from Kapisa province.
