In this tape, Abu Yahya Al-Libi congratulated the people of Libya for their victory and asks the "lions" of Algeria to follow the footsteps of their brothers in Libya and Tunisia who overthrew two tyrants. Al-Libby questions the Algerians about their silence while they were given examples in sacrifices, resistance, jihad and defiance.
He added that the tyrant of Algeria is against the Muslim Sharia and is communicating with Israel and serving the interests of the Americans and the French. Abu Yahya added that the Muslim Ummah is waiting for you to give them an example in jihad and resistance model.
