Stéphane Taponier and Hervé Ghesquière exchanged for the release of high ranking Mujahideen

In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful

Those two French nationals, Stéphane Taponier and Hervé Ghesquière that were captured by Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate 18 month earlier on 30/12/2009 in Kapisa province’s Tagab district and regarding whose release, conditions were put forward by Islamic Emirate

to the government of France many times but the opposition was bent on freeing them through use of force for which they carried out operations several times in the area however the enemy came out empty handed and was forced to retreat with great losses every time due to the organization of Islamic Emirate and the military planning done by the regions Mujahideen. This at the end compelled France to accept the demands set out by Islamic Emirate and release a number of high ranking Mujahideen officials in exchange. With the help of Almighty Allah, this transaction was completed yesterday when the enemy released high ranking Mujahideen prisoners for the 2 French nationals. Islamic Emirate considers this release of Mujahideen as one its highest accomplishments and in this regard congratulates the whole Mujahid nation especially the Mujahideen of Kapisa province and the family’s of those whose loved ones were freed. May Allah (SWT) also release the rest of our Mujahideen brothers that are imprisoned at the hands of our enemy.
